Hello, I'm Bianca.

Growing up in Switzerland, I was surrounded by stories of life abroad. My parents lived and worked internationally, which sparked an early curiosity about people, different perspectives, and the many ways we build our lives and careers.

After starting my career on the business side, I quickly discovered that I was drawn to the creative world and spent more than 20 years working in design in Switzerland and the United States. Along the way, I collaborated globally across design, marketing, and communications and eventually moved into creative leadership, leading people and teams through change. Working for an edtech company during the rise of generative AI, I saw its impact on my own team and the changing demands shaping the wider job market. What I enjoyed most, though, was supporting people, helping them grow, and creating space for meaningful conversations.

A significant health challenge that left me with vision loss in one eye prompted me to pause and reflect on what I wanted from the next chapter of my life. Throughout my career, coaching had always been in the background, waiting for the right moment. That experience gave me the clarity to finally pursue it.

After 13 years in California, I returned to Switzerland in 2026 to be closer to family, reconnect with nature, and with my cultural roots. Today, I combine my coaching training, leadership experience, cross-cultural perspective, and creative background to support professionals as they navigate leadership, career development, personal growth, and a changing world of work.
